Shipping costs
For Tokyo Origami Journey, the shipping fees, excluding the "Trunk Story," are as follows:
Box Parcel: €16.36/$18.09 (up to 1kg)
For purchases weighing 1kg or more, the shipping fee is 23€ or 25.08$.
However, please note that there is an exception for the "Trunk Story" item, which is subject to the shipping rates set by UPS Japan:
Trunk Size Parcel: €23/$25.08

We only use shipping options that provide a track & trace code, so you can follow your orders directly and be ready for when your package is expected to arrive.

Delivery address
Please ensure that your name and address are filled in correctly at checkout. If you notice any mistake in the confirmation order email, please reply as soon as possible.
If the address is incorrect, we can’t guarantee that your package will reach its destination. In these unfortunate circumstances, you may have to pay extra costs to deliver your package to the correct address.

Q. What happens after I place an order?
A.This is what happens when you purchase with us:
1. You will receive an order confirmation via email
2. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is dispatched
3. You will receive a track & trace link to monitor when your package arrives
Q. How fast will you ship my order?
A. We are committed to dispatching your order within 5 business days(Monday to Friday, weekends and public holidays not included).
Q. What should I do if a package is taking too long to arrive?
A. We always provide the track & trace link for every shipment. Please check your shipping confirmation email, and contact the carrier if needed.
